Josie Manor is comprised of a total 8 units - 2 bedrooms/1 bath with each having it's own exterior Storage Room. These units were completely torn down to the studs and put back in 2022 with all new Electrical, Plumbing, Hot Water Heaters, HVAC units, Appliances, Cabinets and Drywall/Paint.
