Once you complete and submit the Rental Application; we will run an Eviction History Report, a Transunion Credit Check and a Background Check.
If selected, you will have the opportunity to schedule a Walk-Through of the available units.
Then a Lease Agreement will be sent to your email which you can digitally sign.
The tenant will pay the Security Deposit, First Month's Rent and Last Month's Rent.
Finally you can move in!
Rent is $1,300 and is due on the 1st of each month.
Yes, if rent is paid after the 5th day of the month; there will be a late fee of $25 per day until the full month's rent and late fees are paid.

When you are ready to move out, the security deposit will be used to repair any damages and clean the unit. The tenant will be liable for any damages or cleaning fees beyond the security deposit of $650.00. If the tenant moves out without any damages and cleans the unit, then a portion or all of the Security Deposit will be refunded.
Josie Manor offers 1 year lease periods.
Josie Manor offers lawn maintenance and an on site dumpster for household trash. Cardboard boxes are required to be broke down flat.
Power, Water, Sewer, Cable and Internet are NOT provided and are the responsibility of the Tenant.
Josie Manor requires a 30-day notice prior to moving out. Failure to do so will result in a $500.00 Fee as per the Lease Agreement.
